Mary-Thérèse has a medical background, so knows what she is talking about and she is a great communicator. Even in a group class everyone seems to get something aimed at their specific issues. The classes are fun but she works us hard. Pre lockdown I also had one-to-one classes on the Reformer which seem very effective.
