As a qualified coach with experience in the public and private sector Mary-Thérèse is well placed to help you realise your potential. Helping in staffing issues, setting up businesses, and expanding small businesses, and helping people figure out what they really want.
The physical aspect of the body is through pilates movement. A mind-body movement that focuses on core strength and flexibility which is an indicator of good health. As a qualified nurse, radiographer, Stott pilates instructor, coach, and reiki master, Mary-Thérèse brings a wealth of medical knowledge to her practice. Having a holistic approach to how the body moves and the systems involved helps clients understand why the exercise is being performed and thus gives greater insight into the benefits of pilates. Exercises are modified to each client’s needs.
LIFE REBALANCE
This package aims to help you get your life back into balance. It will help you focus on the direction you want to go, help you build awareness, empower your choices, that leads to change. This one-hour session will help you get back on track.
SET ME ON THE RIGHT PATH PACKAGE
This package aims to start off the process of figuring out what you want and how to get there. This 4-week package includes 4 individual one-to-one coaching sessions with ongoing support via email and WhatsApp and Zoom over 2 months to reset your life.
A LIFE RESET
This is the perfect opportunity to get the life you always wished for. It is amazing what a simple life we all want to lead and how we have managed to complicate our lives is baffling, getting caught up in the rat race/ treadmill, etc. A LIfe Reset is 10-week package over 3 months aims to help you reset your life and includes Individual Coaching, Pilates, and Reiki with ongoing support via email and WhatsApp, and Zoom.
BACKCARE
Have you missed days of work? Do have flare-ups with your back where you cannot move? Then a back care package may be what you need. Investing in your back health, as you would invest in your pension will give you the tools to enjoy a healthy strong back that is pain-free. The back care package is a carefully tailored 6-week back care plan for you.
6-WEEK REFORMER PACKAGE
Whether you’re a pro athlete, office worker or new to working out, reformer pilates will help develop your whole body. The reformer improves strength, flexibility and balance, as well as focus, coordination, posture and body alignment.
PILATES - ONE TO ONE & GROUP CLASSES
Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will help you do everything better by retraining the muscles to move correctly. It strengthens and stabilises your core body so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility. Pilates offers plenty of benefits to your body, no matter what your fitness background.
Achieve-Health offers both Zoom and in-person studio classes.
REIKI
Reiki is an aid to relaxation, assists in the body’s natural healing processes, and develops emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is also said to induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress and improve overall wellbeing. People who receive Reiki describe it as “intensely relaxing.”
